Rentokil can help to protect the nation's cultural heritage by dealing with insects and rodents that can literally eat away artworks and artefacts. We also recognise that certain forms of control can cause harm themselves and only use appropriate methods for each environment.

We've helped several National Heritage Authorities protect museums artefacts, private collections and more. We've been able to preserve historic clothing, furniture, artworks, books, documents and even the odd stuffed animal. Valuable items too fragile to move prompted us to develop our portable Controlled Atmosphere Technology (CAT) system for museum pest control, and we are constantly working on better ways to protect and preserve.
