Rentokil receives Singapore Quality Class award

Rentokil has been awarded the Singapore Quality Class (SQC) Award by SPRING Singapore for overall business excellence standards; the company has been a recipient of the award since 1999.

SQC, which is based on the internationally benchmarked business excellence framework, recognises Rentokil’s business and quality excellence in the following seven categories: leadership, planning, information, people, processes, customers and results. Rentokil continually seeks improvement in these areas to surpass its own expectations for progress and uphold its reputation as "The Experts in Pest Control".
