The Singapore Quality Class (SQC) is a scheme to recognize companies that have attained a commendable level of performance in their journey to business excellence.

A joint effort with Spring Singapore, several criteria in the assessment include:

Key strengths and areas for improvement are both assessed in depth for each of the 6 criteria.

The Business Excellence (BE) initiatives provide a roadmap for excellence to help organization constantly achieve improvements in performance. In aid of making good business decisions, the Business Excellence framework is adopted.

The Business Excellence Awards 2016 has allowed Rentokil Initial Singapore to identify the company’s strengths and opportunities for enhancements, in order to deliver service excellence and quality standards to our customers consistently.
